Do YOU Need a Personal Trainer?
You can exercise without the added expense, why should you pay someone to tell you to work out? Well, there are several reasons that you could benefit from having a personal trainer:
· Motivation - When you actually have to answer to someone it can make a huge difference.
· Keep you focused - Your trainer can keep you on task when you are working out.
· Prevent injury - Your trainer can help you exercise the right way, thus avoiding injury.
· Save time - Your trainer can put you on the fast track to fitness by helping you decide what type of workout is right for you and by teaching you the correct way to use the equipment instead of you being left to flounder about trying to figure it out on your own.
· You get fit and work harder to accomplish your goals - When you look at the money you are putting into a personal trainer, you certainly don’t want to just flush it down the toilet, you want to put it to good use! So, you really work!
Why a “Y” Trainer?
We choose our personal trainers to reflect the four core values of the YMCA, caring, respect, honesty, and responsibility.
Our trainers are certified through the YMCA as well as through other organizations. As with all YMCA employees, our trainers are CPR/AED certified as well as trained in first aid and Oxygen administration so you know you will be in good hands.
Our trainers work out themselves so you know that they practice what they preach.
