campaign allows those who may not be able to afford YMCA programs, to have the
opportunity to experience the YMCA.
Like some of the other not-for-profit organizations in the area, the YMCA of
the Capital Area has formed a partnership with a local, philanthropy-minded
program called Calls4Cause. Operated by Connect Utilities, the home
telephone service plan is only $49.95 per month (before taxes) and includes
unlimited nationwide long distance service, among other features. The
Calls4Cause program also provides a contribution to the YMCA each and every
